Tiger Analytics team is looking for the Sr Data Analyst, who will analyze, and synthesize clinical data, provide insights to business and executive leaders, see the integration of health products with market offerings of the payer, member experience and gaps in care orchestration, work with different teams and vendor partners toward completing the group OKRs

Position Overview:

The candidate will analyze, and synthesize clinical data, provide insights to business and executive leaders, see the integration of health products with market offerings of the payer, member experience, and gaps in care orchestration, and work with different teams and vendor partners towards completing the group's OKRs.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the design and development of databases/ data warehouse/data mart applications in collaboration with IT infrastructure team and developers.
• Build infrastructure to clean and integrate healthcare data from new sources
• Review integration of health products with market offerings of the payer, memberexperience and gaps in care orchestration.
• Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights, and drive betterdecisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives
• Collect and document business requirements for reporting initiatives6. Design proactive monitoring systems to identify and troubleshoot data anomalies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of education, experience
• 6+ years of experience utilizing SQL and/or relational database tools
• Experience with HL7, RIM, FHIR, SMART-on-FHIR apps, IHE profiles, CDA/CCDAspecs and constructs, Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) for Meaningful Use,Healthcare code and Terminologies, Master Person Data Management, HIEArchitecture and NHIN, API based EMR integration, Microservice basedArchitecture,
• 6+ years of experience in coding ETL, data modelling and building data pipelines
• Ability to demonstrate key successes on business solutions derived from analysisand deep learning
