Labcorp is seeking a Senior Service Representative / Courier II to join our team at 13112 Evening Creek Drive San Diego, CA 92128.

Work Schedule: Varying hours between Monday - Friday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm; overtime and rotating weekends may be required

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a floater for the logistics team by providing coverage for various courier routes in the San Diego county and the Imperial county

• Deliver on‑route training, coaching, and support for new couriers/drivers

• Assist with dispatch tasks and pickups when required

• Load all necessary supplies needed for daily pickup routes

• Complete the daily pickup schedule efficiently and on time

• Deliver all collected items to your assigned branch at the end of each shift

• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and in compliance with all protocols and regulations

• Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies

• Use handheld electronic devices to manage, document, and track daily pickups

• Communicate closely with the dispatcher regarding additional or urgent pickups

• Adjust to traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year or more experience as a driver or medical courier 

• 6 months or more experience Customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 years or more experience as a driver or medical courier 

• 1 year or more experiences Customer service

Additional Job Standards:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Be at least 21 years old

• Punctual with strong time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to problem solve customer issues

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Exceptional customer service

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

LabCorp company is seeking a Senior Service Representative / Courier II to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $35.00 per hour

Plus 2nd shift differentials
