Job Duties

The Agency Management Analyst Senior is part of the Operations & Logistics Unit (OLU) located at Department of Corrections’ Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.

This position maintains public safety by providing a safe, secure, and healing environment for inmates and staff through the delivery of statewide services to ensure Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. This position is under the direction of the PREA/ADA Supervisor, assists the ADA Coordinator and Regional PREA/ADA Analysts with the activities required of the Department by the ADA and assists with the provision of accommodative services to comply with ADA. This position will also assist and provide support to the Limited English Proficiency Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of the Department of Corrections (DOC) policies, programs, and procedures; and ADA; specifically, Title II. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to maintain confidential information; ability to effectively and efficiently manage time in order to handle multiple assignments within given deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skilled in developing relationships internally and externally to facilitate Department objectives.

Additional Considerations

Experience with accommodative services in custodial settings. Demonstrated working knowledge of correctional practices.
