In this role, you will take on increasing responsibility in both design and technical execution, including leading portions of design efforts, contributing to complex project deliverables, and actively supporting coordination across disciplines.&nbsp; You will be involved in all stages of the design and delivery process, with opportunities to lead portions of projects and mentor junior staff.&nbsp; This position requires a foundational working level of understanding of design and technical aspects of projects, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for high-quality design and collaborative processes.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Actively contribute to and lead portions of the design development process, from conceptual design to detailed documentation, ensuring design intent is maintained.</li> <li>Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering, construction, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.</li> <li>Independently produce and refine drawings, models, and construction documents, ensuring they accurately and consistently meet project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.</li> <li>Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design intent and technical solutions, and project updates.</li> <li>Research materials, building systems, and design trends, integrating innovative solutions into projects.</li> <li>Review and ensure design and technical documentation accuracy, conducting quality checks, while proactively identifying and resolving design and technical challenges .</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.</li> <li>Advocate for and the integration of sustainable design practices within projects, aligning with the firm’s commitment to environmentally responsible architecture.</li> <li>Support project delivery by managing individual workstreams, aligning tasks with project mileston
