As the Head of Industrial Performance in our dynamic Ingredients Global Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing and operational processes for peak efficiency and performance. Your mission is to lead and drive transformative initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate our operational capabilities on a global scale.

Your key responsibilities

• Leads our Industrial Performance teams with Ingredients Global Operations organization to assure the safe manufacturing & supply of ingredients for the Perfumery & Beauty/Ingredients business line
• Deliver our Performance cockpit through KPIs tracking, dashboards, through digitalization of the whole processes
• Develop, implement, report and control a set of KPI's to support achievements of Ingredients Operations objectives
• Develop best-in-class approaches in maintenance in close relationship with the sites along with developing the energy/utilities network to gain efficiency on our sites
• Foster initiatives towards Continuous Improvements & monitor the overall CMO program
• Develop our digital roadmap within the network and secure our data with our Master data Management team
• Lead transversal projects like LOTOTO deployment, SHE&S & Quality initiatives, sustainability
• Lead special projects for Operations linked to Ingredients strategy while interfacing with the Insurance team with all Ops dossiers
• Assures that processes, procedures, and technologies across the industrial network are meeting highest industry standards
• Leads and implements resource and succession planning to assure proper staffing while guaranteeing company ethics and ensure dsm-firmenich values are embedded in daily operations

You bring

• Bachelor’s /master’s degree in chemical engineering or Chemistry, or equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience with a similar leading position in a chemical manufacturing environment
