Visit <a href="mixpanel.com" target="_blank">mixpanel.com</a> to learn more.</p></div><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The GTM Systems & Tools team at Mixpanel helps the Sales, Marketing & Finance teams execute their global and regional strategies through:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining a robust, trustworthy & scalable CRM system</li> <li>Automating key workflows that drive efficiency</li> <li>Identifying, proposing & supporting tools that fit our overall GTM strategy and data architecture</li> </ul> <p>This team sits under the GTM Org and works very closely with the growth & data teams to help achieve our broader architecture & vision.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This is a hybrid role based out of London. As a Sales Systems Engineer, you will be a technical partner to our stakeholder teams and be involved in the full software development life cycle starting from understanding the business needs/problems, translating them into technical requirements, identifying solutions, executing on them, creating and testing user stories and following through until the business problem is solved. This person must be comfortable communicating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business problems and elicit requirements. This is a critical role for Mixpanel at this stage of our growth, directly impacting our ability to meet our revenue goals.</p> <p><strong>We're Looking For Someone To</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the CRM (Salesforce) platform using out of the box automations such as Flows, validations, and security settings</li> <li>Provide technical guidance to key stakeholders for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce platform</li> <li>Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices</li> <li>Assist in increasing the efficiency of our GTM teams and in scaling our GTM stack (Co-pilot, Clari, Outreach, <a href="http://customer.io/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google
