About the role
Medical Associates Clinic is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team located in our Cascade and Dyersville locations. This a 4 day workweek position!

- Procedures including suturing and injections
- Splinting
- Work independently without a physician onsite
- Provide direct medical care under the direction of supervising physician; including but not limited to: obtaining histories, physical exams, ordering and interpreting appropriate lab and x ray studies, establishing diagnosis, and initiating treatment plan. Provide patient education to promote wellness and support disease management process.
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Comfortable seeing newborns through adults, procedures including splinting and injections, splinting (or willing to learn).
Education: Equivalent to a college degree and a professional certificate or a graduate degree. Must be a licensed ARNP or PA.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job
