Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Machine Learning to design and maintain data systems, mine data from various sources, and utilize statistical tools to interpret datasets. This role involves identifying trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts, ensuring effective communication of insights to stakeholders, and leveraging advanced machine learning techniques to enhance business solutions.

Requirements

• Data System Design & Maintenance: Fix coding errors and other data-related problems. Maintain data integrity across systems.
• Data Mining & Analysis: Extract data from primary and secondary sources and reorganize it for easy readability and accessibility.
• Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify trends and patterns.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI and Dax Queries. Analyze the root cause of dashboard errors.
• Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling: Design, train, and implement machine learning models to improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Data Visualization: Minimum 3 years of experience with tools such as Power BI and Dax Queries.
• Machine Learning & AI: Experience with GenAI, ML Ops, and NLP. Expertise in data mining and implementing machine learning models.
• Experience: 7+ years in data science and machine learning engineering. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• Certifications: Azure Databrick Data Engineer Certification is a plus.
• Big Data Technologies: Experience with technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
