Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic in Lincoln, California, is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This is an especially exciting time to come aboard: we’re preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital designed to create an exceptional experience for our patients, clients, and team.
Sterling Pointe is a progressive, full-service veterinary clinic providing both general practice and urgent care services. That means our Client Service Representatives experience the best of both worlds — building relationships with families during routine wellness visits while also helping clients navigate the unexpected moments that come with urgent care.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients visiting the hospital
- Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
- Schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care visits
- Help prioritize scheduling needs and communicate urgent concerns appropriately
- Manage client communications accurately and efficiently
- Check patients and clients in and out for appointments
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Assist clients with questions about hospital services, scheduling, and policies
- Communicate clearly and compassionately during routine and stressful situations
- Coordinate information between clients and the veterinary medical team
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and assistants by helping maintain efficient communication
- Document client interactions accurately
- Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
- Help keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming
- Support an efficient front-desk workflow in a busy veterinary environment
- Help create an outstanding experience for every client and pet
