The Difference You Make: The Associate, Technical Project Management leads and motivates a team of professionals and is accountable for the overall schedule and quality of deliverable. The incumbent manages and oversees the end to end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of medium to high business complexity (involving multiple systems interfaces that are highly visible to the organization). • Develops project plans to meet prescribed objectives. • Identifies and implements solutions resolving issues to maintain timelines and achieve agreed upon deliverables. • Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management. • Gathers and disseminates information. • Coordinates activities and resources for assigned projects. • Monitors risk factors, issues, actions items and progress. • Prepares reports for management. • Participates in project meetings; follows up on deliverables, coordinating potential issues, documenting policies, procedures and communications for the project. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent - Required. 5+ Years Managing technical projects - Required. • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive a common goal. • Proven track record of successful technical project delivery. • Strong project management and quality assurance skills. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members across the Bank. • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector. Certifications: • PMP Project Management Professional - Preferred. • CSM Scrum Master certification - Preferred. It Would Be Nice For You To Have: Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
