Collaborate with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, workflows, and data/process models.

Work closely with developers, QA testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure the solution meets both business and technical needs.

Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for system enhancements or problem resolution.

Assist in defining project scope and objectives, aligning with business strategy and IT architecture.

Facilitate requirement review sessions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in Agile environments.

Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating outcomes with business users.

Monitor system implementation and support post-production issues through resolution.

Stay current on new IT trends and recommend improvements in system processes and tools.
