Walmart is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Global Treasury to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This role offers the opportunity to lead supplier financing programs, drive innovation in cash management, and support Walmart’s business initiatives across global markets. The role will also ensure rigorous financial controls are maintained to protect the company’s assets, while actively collaborating with treasury and business teams around the world.

What you'll do...

• Lead and expand supplier finance programs that utilize Walmart’s data, banking relationships, and strong balance sheet to offer suppliers competitive financing solutions—creating shared value and optimizing enterprise working capital.

• Develop and maintain global cash forecasting models, ensuring accurate visibility into liquidity needs across regions and business lines.

• Drive adoption of next-generation cash management products, including virtual accounts, in-house banking, and global cash pooling structures.

• Leverage technology and AI to automate treasury processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve operational efficiency.

• Support key strategic initiatives and marketplace expansion, aligning treasury strategy with commercial priorities and financial goals.

• Ensure appropriate internal controls and compliance frameworks are in place to protect Walmart’s assets and treasury operations globally.

• Collaborate with treasury teams and business stakeholders across Walmart’s operating markets, sourcing hubs, and global holding entities to align on funding, risk, and cash optimization strategies.

• Manage relationships with global financial institutions, optimize service delivery, and drive value through banking partnerships.

• Partner with internal stakeholders including FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Legal, and Walmart International.

• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development within the Global Treasury function.​

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial strategy.

• Expertise in supplier financing, cash management, forecasting, and financial systems.

• Experience working in or supporting multinational organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-makers.

• Proficiency with treasury systems such as SAP, OneStream, Power BI, and data analytics tools.

• MBA or professional certification (CTP, CFA, CPA), preferred.

• Experience with working capital solutions, virtual accounts, and cash pooling.

• Knowledge of treasury compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
