The Opportunity
The Marketing Operations Analyst works out of our Santa Clara, CA location in the Vascular Division. This is a fully onsite role.
Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
The Marketing Operations Analyst will focus on optimizing marketing processes and analyzing business data to drive product performance and revenue growth. This role combines operational efficiency with data insights to support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Work On
- Operational Data Analysis: Analyze business data related to products and revenue, identifying trends and insights to inform business strategies
- Project Management: Lead marketing projects, coordinating efforts to ensure timely execution and alignment with business objectives
- Reporting: Prepare and manage actionable reports that communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance and operations
- Data Management: Manage and track data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity and support financial reporting
Education And Experience You'll Bring
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of marketing or sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- MS Excel expertise
- Power BI: Ability to read and manage data
- Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret business data and derive actionable insights
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data analysis and reporting is essential
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Data Management Skills: Comfortable managing and tracking data across various internal systems
- Financial Acumen: Ability to perform financial reconciliations and understand financial data
- Strong presentation and communication skills
