What does a successful Product Sales Enablement Professional do at Fiserv?

As a Product Sales Enablement Professional, you will support the strategic relationship of leaders within Fiserv & PNC MS Joint Venture to facilitate PNC growth, drive PNC sales to increase revenue for Fiserv products and solutions. You will help align PNC channel product requirements with our Fiserv product solutions portfolio delivering a comprehensive roadmap for sales enablement.  

What you will do:

• Assist with product commercialization to PNC channel partner
• Support the product commercialization process and full sales enablement with PNC
• Partner with PNC to develop PNC MS version of Fiserv product decks and ensure development as appropriate
• Manage training, sales demo and online product demo , attend recurring meetings to review training material , and schedule with applicable audience
• Prepare operational readiness reviewing end to end boarding flow for new and existing customer base and ensure channel needs, work with Marketplace, BOS, etc to ensure all systems supported
• Determine escalation procedures as needed and define operational training requirements
• Partner with Fiserv product teams to understand product roadmaps and product release timing and impact to PNC, while participating in regular recurring roadmap reviews with PNC Product and PNC stakeholders.
• Educate and enable PNC on new Products releases , understand feature sets, and enhancements working with Fiserv product and Fiserv engineering (?) teams to determine PNC impact.
• Act as a Fiserv liaison to PNC our sales organization, fielding Product Q & A or Product escalations, while tracking and resolving in a timely manner.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
• Experience working with internal and external partners; senior leaders of the business and engage audiences of varying levels within the organization (e.g. support staff (operational) teams, vendors, and channel leads).
• Experience analyzing the competitive landscape and developing and delivering training addressing the needs of the client and sales.

• Knowledge of Fiserv and former First Data product offerings
• Travel Required: Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Salary Range:

$76,100.00-$103,300.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
