About this role:

Wells Fargo has committed to hire military spouses/domestic partners of actively serving military personnel and is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ServiceNow platform, ITSM – Interaction, Incident, Problem, specifically implementation and support experience in Workspaces, Predictive Intelligence, Clustering, similarity, classification, Now Assist, Summarization, AI Search, CSAT/DSAT survey, Agent coaching, Agentic AI, AWA routing, Conversational catalog, EC pro, Agile ways of working, Product model. Play the role of business analyst and product specialist as needed to perform day to day job duties – listed below.  

The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

The HHH Program is a direct hire program for talented individuals seeking careers in Consumer Lending, Consumer Small Business Banking, Human Resources, Technology, and Wealth Investment Management. Learn more about our program: HHH Program

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of IT and automation experience
  • 4+ Years of SaaS experience
  • 4+ Years of ServiceNow experience

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator)
  • ITIL Certified
  • Google AI Certification
  • Experience with leading a small team in operational delivery
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in ServiceNow to pull data as needed and generate necessary reports and dashboards
  • Be proactive, self-initiate, organized, enable continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow - ITSM – Interaction, Incident, Problem, specifically implementation and support experience in Workspaces, Predictive Intelligence, Clustering, similarity, classification, Now Assist, Summarization, AI Search, CSAT/DSAT survey, Agent coaching, Agentic AI, AWA routing, Conversational catalog, EC pro.
  • Knowledge and experience in Amelia chatbot
  • Knowledge and experience in Aternity chatbot
  • Knowledge in Automation tools
  • Ability to understand technical and process gaps and establish solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant

Job Expectations:

  • HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position

  • Dallas, TX
  • Candidates living outside of the above locations may be asked to produce a copy of military orders including applicant to be considered for remote or alternate locations.
