Join us and shape the future of our warehouse operations!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage one of our logistics departments in the central warehouse.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and optimize our storage and shipping processes.</li><li>Monitor and maintain quality standards, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Continuously improve our logistical processes and implement best practices.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You have completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.</li><li>You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to production and process optimization, as well as implementing efficiency improvements and driving change.</li><li>You possess strong leadership skills along with excellent team and communication abilities.</li><li>You are well-versed in key performance indicators (KPIs) and can use them to efficiently manage your department.</li><li>You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Extended Annual Leave (Vacation): 25 days</li><li>Sick days: 3 days</li><li>Meal Contribution: CZK 120 per worked day</li><li>Travel Allowance: CZK 3 / km</li><li>Christmas Bonus: CZK 6000 fixed amount </li><li>Company and Team Events</li><li>Refreshment at workplace</li><li>Cafeteria of well-being benefits: CZK 1200 / month</li></ul>
