We have an opening for team oriented, full-time housekeeper for our West Bloomfield Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.

Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties:

Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
Trash removal
Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
Cleaning apartments.
Assist with apartment turnovers.
Other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills.

Skills/Qualifications: Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.

Experience: One year of housekeeping experience preferred. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.
