Description

Sturbridge Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator in our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. 

Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
  • Checking patients in and out for appointments
  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Answering phones with enthusiasm
  • Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
  • Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
  • Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
  • Assisting the clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
  • Always keeping reception area clean and orderly
  • Verifying patients' insurance
  • Participating company marketing events and responsibilities
  • Handling other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

What qualifications you bring:

  • 1 year experience in a dental office preferred.
  • Working knowledge of dental practice management software.
  • Positive energy.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff.
  • Tactful and skillful in all situations.
