Job Details

Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare. Cleveland Clinic currently serves 13 counties in the greater Cleveland and Akron areas. Divided into 4 teams (East1, East2, West and South), each team is then further divided into smaller geographical areas where each caregiver is assigned to a smaller service area within the team. The caregiver in this role will provide the upmost professional and empathetic care to our patients residing throughout the western half of Cuyahoga Country including Cleveland, Brook Park, Brooklyn, Parma, North Olmsted, Westlake and other surrounding villages and townships in the area of service.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and files at all times regarding patient condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care and interventions.
