The Process Improvement Professional will analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and assist in developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements within the Member Impact and Community Engagement Department. The Process Improvement Professional work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Process Improvement Professional researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data on Member and Community Engagement programs, projects, and pilots. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced compliance, quality, increased productivity and reducing cost. Determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, program process analysis, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including linkages to related areas of member and community engagement. Makes decisions regarding work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum four, (4) years of experience in analyzing processes and developing business practices.

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and SQL Server, including query and dashboard development
Prior experience collaborating within cross functional teams; program/project management such as health services, quality, and compliance
Strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to see the big picture and draw out insights and observations
Ability to apply laws, regulations, and contracts to achieve day to day business solutions.
Ability to work independently
Ability to adjust deliverable priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization, including front line associates and senior leadership
Ability to analyze information, research problems, and determine and implement solutions
Proven success in creating training and process improvements
Knowledge in interpreting and executing escalations
Workstyle: Remote work at home
Location: Florida
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5 PM Eastern with occasional work
Travel:
- This position requires the Candidate to reside in the state of Florida.
- If outside Tampa Florida commuting range, may be required to travel no more than 10% to the Tampa market office for training and development
- Tampa residents may be requested to participate in onsite market meetings as business needs.
