We are looking for a new colleague in our Program & Project Management team at our location in Lommel, Belgium.

 

ZF Wind Power puts wind energy in motion! The ZF Wind Power Business Unit is part of ZF group which is known as one of the world’s leading automotive suppliers. Within our unit we develop, validate and service gear units used in wind turbines producing sustainable energy and we have been doing this for more than 40 years! Our PMO team is a very international team with experienced project managers who interact across our complete organization. Team work and customer focus are key for us to deliver the right product to the market and with that empower a sustainable future together.

 

What you can look forward to as Project Manager (m/f/d) New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Manage full NPI-projects: develop, validate and start production of new wind gearboxes/drivetrains
• Lead a dedicated project team to deliver the NPI on time, cost and quality targets
• Report to the leadership team of ZF Wind Power on project progress, risk and drive decisions
• Be the face to our customers for the project and proactively ensure delivery according to specifications and expectations
• Contribute to empower the international PMO team to catalyze project driven innovation
• Lead other type of projects when needed
   

Your Profile as Project Manager (m/f/d) New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Master education or comparable with technical and business affinity 
• Project management skills (certifications such as Prince 2 are an asset)
• Target oriented, persistent, combining both analytical insight and a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis
