About the role
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous QA Systems Officer to join our Quality Assurance department. This role is pivotal in upholding quality standards, validating processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines for the timely release of our pharmaceutical products.
The role main accountabilities will be the following:
- Responsible for the implementation of the Elemental Impurities Risk Assessment procedure
- Responsible for the implementation of the Nitrosamines Risk Assessment procedure
- Coordination of finished product testing for Elemental impurities and or Nitrosamines in external laboratories
- Participates in the application of the Suppliers Evaluation Policy of the company
- Liaise with external contractors and third party service providers gathering needed information & documentation supporting above procedures
- Support Health Authorities & customers to the relevant documentation needed, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for product approvals and market introductions.
- Highlights quality related matters or risks to others that could impact product quality, product release or regulatory compliance.
- Draft & review Quality and GxP related documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Organic Chemistry will be considered a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control or R&D at a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to work both independently and as a team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English and MS office proficient
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
