What you will do at Fluence:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for corporate, product, and third-party security programs.
- Partner with product engineering and OT teams to ensure effective cyber posture for Fluence and its customers.
- Lead the design and execution of security policies, standards, and procedures to protect the organization's assets and information.
- Oversee the security of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and systems, ensuring robust protection against potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with public company regulations and standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant frameworks.
- Implement and manage the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) to enhance the organization's security posture.
