Casey's is searching for a highly skilled Program Manager – Store Technology Infrastructure and Operations. This role will lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.
This Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger Casey's organizational goals. They will coordinate efforts between different product or project teams without managing any one of them. Instead, they lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Our Program Managers are highly skilled professionals who help Casey's stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Product Owners and Scrum Masters assigned to major initiatives impacting our store’s technology.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and disparate team members to ensure that everyone on the project has a common understanding around goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Technology Leaders, and Finance to align initiative objectives, benefits, costing, and priorities thus ensuring maximum value to the customer.
- Creatively and efficiently design the program structure by identifying stakeholders and team members and program roles, etc.
- Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management, coaching and corrective actions for direct reports. Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting.
- Work with other program managers, product managers, and stakeholders to plan at the enterprise/portfolio level, incrementally aligning on shared goals and plans that are built in consideration of agreed-upon corporate priorities, cross-team dependencies, and resource capacity.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This role does not allow for 100% remote work. Qualified out of state candidates must be willing to relocate and will need to live within a daily commutable distance of Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA and be willing to work in a hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days per week onsite.
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $108,600 - $151,300. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or information management, MBA a plus.
- At least five (5) years’ experience of successful program management with experience in a variety of infrastructure areas and development of staff in a technical organization.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work-related experience in development of infrastructure projects & IT service support, is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and logistics, a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of employees and vendor partners.
- Analytical, detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Established track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
