Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

 

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months.  LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units.  Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. 

 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

 

2025 PROGRAM DATES:

• June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST
• June 15 – 19, 2026:  On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
• June 29 – July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown

 

POSITION TITLE: Intern, Sephora Media Network

 

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...

As the Intern, Sephora Media Network you will join the Data Insights & Marketing Product Management team. This role will work closely with the Sephora Media Network team to showcase what it looks like to work at Sephora on our brand-funded retail media network and offsite advertising channels. You will work cross-functionally with our business strategy and tech teams to understand the Sephora Media Network program, research competitors within the landscape and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

• Collaberate with Sephora’s product, business and technical teams to understand what has been accomplished, what the current strategy is, and the long- and short-term goals of the SMN program.
• Research and benchmark Sephora Media Networks offerings, placements and technology stack against key competitors.
• Create a summary report highlighting best practices, unique features, and gaps in SMN’s offerings.
• Present recommendations for new features or enhancements based on your findings. 
• Assist with day-to-day product management operations to support the execution of ongoing projects.
