<p><strong><strong>Senior Legal Counsel - <strong><strong>(Crypto Licensing UAE &amp; Europe Focus)</strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p><strong><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></strong> 3 years (internships + full-time roles)<br/><strong><strong>Work Mode:</strong></strong> Remote or Onsite (Dubai)</p> <p>As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will <strong><strong>lead crypto licensing applications</strong></strong> across the UAE (VARA, ADGM, DIFC) and Europe (BaFin, CSSF, AMF, etc.). You will guide the business through complex regulatory requirements and collaborate directly with consultants and regulators.</p> <p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p> <ul><li>Manage end-to-end virtual asset licensing processes in the UAE &amp; EU</li><li>Provide legal advice on MiCA, AML/CFT, and other regulatory frameworks</li><li>Draft legal documents, internal policies, and compliance strategies</li><li>Liaise with regulators, consultants, and internal stakeholders</li></ul> <p><strong><strong>Requirements:</strong></strong></p> <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of legal experience (can include internships)</li><li>Strong exposure to UAE crypto regulation and European frameworks (e.g., MiCA, BaFin)</li><li>Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills</li><li>Law degree (LLB or equivalent); UAE/EU bar admission is a plus</li></ul> <p></p>
