The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and artistic sensibility to help establish the visual language of our scenes.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p><strong>Type of contract:</strong> Fixed-term Employee contract. </p> <p><strong>Contract duration:</strong> From as soon as possible until June 2026 approximately</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% On-site in Tenerife. Remote work won't be possible for this position. </p> <h2> Main Responsabilities and Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translates storyboards/ sketches into 3D sequence of shots;</li> <li>Determines camera composition, angles and movement;</li> <li>Environment blocking and creating backgrounds that support the narrative of the story;</li> <li>Creates basic blocking for all characters and props.</li> <li>Setting the camera path &amp; defining the perspective of a scene;</li> <li>Ensuring continuity between shots;</li> <li>Creates sequences of shots that convey the storyline, ensuring the vision of the Director and <span>Layout</span> Supervisor are resolved.</li> <li>May create rough pre-visualization models and environments to facilitate animation<strong>.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Level:<br/> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Mid-level: 3-5 years of experience </li> <li>Senior: 5+ years of experience</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Maya</li> <li>Strong understanding of cinematography, including camera placement, movement, and lens choices</li> <li>Solid grasp of composition and visual storytelling principles to support narrative flow</li> <li>Experience with basic lighting setups and understanding of rendering concepts</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in file and scene management</li> <li>Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards, translating them into engaging 3D layouts</li> <li>Understanding of real-world scale, proportions, and spatial relationships</li> <li>Experience in asset management, scene assembly, and optimization for performance</li> <li>Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in animation pipelines</li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.</p> </li> <li><span>A valid EU/Spanish work permit is required.</span></li> <li>This position is on-site in Tenerife.
