This role will involve a large amount of administration for personnel related matters such as payroll preparations, new hires, on-boarding, amendments of contracts, illness registration, keeping employee files and HR system up to date and exit procedures.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><ul><li>The HR administration process such as preparing employee contracts, letters, statements, personnel files maintenance, sick leave administration and keeping track of attendance and filling personal paperwork for auditing purposes</li><li>Ensuring all starter and leaver paperwork are processed in a timely manner as well as tracking of probation period and contract prolongation</li><li>Managing the monthly payroll preparation for the region in cooperation with the DC Operations Team and the MK payroll team in Switzerland</li><li>Maintaining HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems</li><li>Preparing the monthly and annual regional reports with all employee data for the DC</li><li>Supporting Operations Management with Organization of newcomer’s onboarding</li><li>Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR office and support in local projects e.g. recruitment, compensation & benefits, meetings etc.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>You’ll Need to Have:</span></b></p><ul><li>Associate/ Bachelor degree or equivalent, alternatively higher secondary education followed by vocational HR training</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of HR administrational experience</li><li>Knowledge of labor law, social security and regulations for the Netherlands</li><li>Experienced in working for an international company, but also in an DC or production environment</li><li>Excellent administrative, communication and organization skills</li><li>Dutch and English fluently, both written and spoken</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of Workday is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>We’d Love to See:</span></b></p><ul><li>Collaboration</li><li>Communication</li><li>Team development</li><li>Drive Results</li><li>Entrepreneurial</li><li>Functional Skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b>MK Perks: </b></p><p>Our purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors.
