Table Games Craps Dealer - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

One Major game: $6500

Two Major games: $7000

Two Major games: (with craps) $8000

Three Major games (no craps): $8500

Three Major games (and one of the three is craps): $10,000

All major games (with craps): $10,000

 

RATE OF PAY: $7.50+ per hour (based on game knowledge) + Tips (approximately $17-$20 per hour)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify count with closing list, inspect cards or dice and sign off with supervisor. Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules. Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards. Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel. Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with gate rules and minimums set. Close game, sort cards, balance rack, count chips, and sign off with the supervisor. Must have excellent guest service skills. Other duties as assigned.

1. Professional dealing experience required and must have the following combination of game knowledge:
   • Craps plus one more major game offered at the Horseshoe (Horseshoe may be willing to teach you a second major game if you only know Craps)
   • Major Games are currently:  Live Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
