Intensive Care Unit Nurse

ICU RN – Sanford, FL

Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Salary Range: $33.77 – $49.06 per hour (Based on Years of Experience)
Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

We are seeking a skilled ICU RN to join our critical care team. In this role, you’ll provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments. You will collaborate with a highly trained team and play a vital role in achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex assessments and deliver high-level nursing care

• Monitor critical vitals and respond quickly to changes in patient status

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate and support patients and their families during critical hospital stays

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact License (must obtain Florida license within 60 days)

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred

• 1+ years of recent ICU acute care RN experience required

• BLS required within 30 days

• ACLS required within 6 months

• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days

• PALS within 6 months

Unit Information:

• 16-bed ICU

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
