Senior Analyst - Institutional Group Sales/Trading Operations

Description

•   Compile and analyze sales & trading data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights to boost sales and organizational      growth.
• Conduct customer analysis and data filtering to gauge sales productivity 
• Maintain and enhance current processes to optimize sales and trading operations.
• Manage special projects with little oversight keeping stake
• Create dashboards and metrics that reveal actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to ad hoc requests from management & teams. 
• Coordinate amongst teams, department leadership, and other departments to accelerate FIG and firm objectives. 

Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Quantitative problem-solver and analytical thinker who can draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: embraces change and the challenge to innovate that comes with it.
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office suite 
• Proficiency in Python, SQL or relevant programming expertise
