3rd shift: 10:00 PM-6:15 AM $21.25 (+ $2 shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate equipment (including setups, shutdowns and changeovers) to maximize line efficiencies and according to specifications
2. Performs pre-operation checks of equipment for safe and proper set-up, ensuring all guards are functional and in place
3. Maintains supply of materials to the line throughout the shift
4. Setting up safely and ensuring the proper processing equipment is in place
5. Accurately record material usage in production
6. Maintains and completes reports
7. Communicates with support personnel and maintenance about any equipment malfunctions or design deficiencies
Qualifications:
- Fluent English Skills (reading, writing, verbal speaking, and comprehension)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 to 12 months manufacturing experience is a PLUS!
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions both written and oral as well as read and interpret schedules related to production/ product schedules and line changeovers
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to enter data into a computer
- Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot is a must
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds
Physical Demand:
Constant: use and movement of hands and standing on regularly scheduled shift.
Frequently: Bending, grasping of hands, and reaching for up to 3 -6 hours daily.
Occasionally: Walking, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, and twisting at the neck and waist, pushing and pulling for up to 3 hours a day.
