Solution Lead

Innovative Solution lead for the integration of AI technologies into operational processes, enabling greater efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the organizationSolution Lead Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to leverage AI for streamlining and optimizing operational processes
• Establish a shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to successful automation in support Operational productivity
• Drive product development in collaboration with a team of world-class engineers and designers to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions where appropriate
• Partner with key stakeholders across business units to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions
• Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate risks to the company and develop global solutions for providing people services
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of individual products and the product area
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 1 year of experience leveraging AI in an operational context
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in operations
• Experience in industries where AI has transformed operations (e.g., HR, customer service)
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI-driven projects
• Communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and strategic thinker with experience solving problems using data to help drive operational optimization and program precision
• Demonstrated experience influencing the technology landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• BS+ degree in related field

$151,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
