About the role

Description

General Duties:

A. Responsible for promoting existing and new medical imaging services primarily to patients and referring physicians and their staff.

B. Develop, enhance, and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing physician practices and other potential customers such as insurance carriers and corporate accounts through office visits.

C. Manage physician and practice- staff training on the use of referral and prep forms, and emergent procedures.

D. Provides ongoing service and solutions to all accounts in a timely manner.

E. Use and maintenance of CRM contact database to ensure accurate and timely account information.

F. Actively seek and facilitate professional networking opportunities to cultivate relationships and create new referral opportunities.

G. Leads solution-oriented dialogue with co-workers based on feedback from customers and delivers customer requested information or materials for distribution to physicians and physician-practice staff and patient audiences. Maintains clean, safe and

well-maintained supplied environment for patient and staff.

H. On regular, sustained basis, cooperates with other staff members both inside and outside the department in accomplishment of own job duties as well as assisting other in accomplishing theirs; serves as team player and role model for other employees in the organization, always exhibiting traits of courtesy, caring, helpfulness and respect; conducts oneself in service-oriented manner that is attentive, pleasant, cooperative, sensitive, respectful and kind when dealing with team members, visitors, public and all employees.

I. Performs other duties and accepts responsibility, as assigned.


Administrative Duties:

A.  Maintains the strictest confidentiality of all facility and facility related employee/patient information.



Requirements

I.   Education, Experience, Certification, Licensure:

A. Education: Associate's or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business or related industry.

B. Experience: Medical or clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, physician practice or medical sales setting. Preference given to those who understand medical technologies. Entry-level position; previous account management experience is a plus.

C. Certification: None

D. Licensure: None

E. Status: This is salaried, exempt position


II. Skills:

Must have strong communications skills, outstanding customer service mindset, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Must be adaptable to change, able to multi-task and function well individually or in a team environment, able to problem solve, make decisions, and set priorities.

Technologies: Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Word, basic knowledge of a customer relationship management software program; since this position requires local travel, candidates will be communicating by text, cell, and mobile email and other mobile apps.
