Position Summary

The facilities our customers depend on are changing faster than at any point in a generation — driven by electrification, decarbonization, surging demand for data and compute, on-site generation and storage, and the shift toward intelligent, grid-interactive operations. As a Senior Energy Services Project Developer, you sit at the center of that change.

This role serves as the leader and integrator of the project development process—bringing together customer objectives, engineering expertise, financial analysis, design, estimating, construction planning, performance requirements, and innovative technologies into complete solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Working closely with Sales, Energy Engineers, Design-Build Specialists, Measurement & Verification Engineers, Operations teams, contractors, and customer stakeholders, you will lead the development of complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization projects from opportunity qualification through contract execution.

Successful Senior Project Developers understand how building systems, operational requirements, financial objectives, project execution strategies, emerging technologies, and customer outcomes work together to create successful projects.
