As a Survey Project Manager on our Power & Energy team, you’ll take the lead on large-scale renewable projects that span miles, supporting some of the most exciting developments in the industry - from utility-scale solar farms to wind energy sites across the country.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, the flexibility of a hybrid or remote setup, and the support of a highly skilled field and office team that shares your passion for accuracy, innovation, and results.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage survey operations for renewable energy and power projects, coordinating surveys that define massive project footprints.

Collaborate with your team to draft, review, and finalize plats, legal descriptions, and construction documents using the latest technology.

Apply your expertise in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to review data, refine deliverables, and ensure every detail is dialed in.

Direct and mentor survey crews, CAD technicians, and junior team members - building a team that’s as strong in the field as it is in the office.

Analyze complex records, easements, and title documents to ensure survey accuracy and project efficiency.

Oversee layout, control, and data collection for solar and wind energy sites, ensuring precision every step of the way.

What You Bring
-
Professional Survey License (PLS), SIT, or on track to obtain.

8+ years of experience in surveying, with proven experience in boundary resolution and large-scale energy or utility projects.

Strong technical foundation in Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Construction Staking, GPS, Traversing, Leveling, and Legal Descriptions.

Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills - you know how to motivate a crew and manage a project with confidence.
