We’re looking for go-to-market leaders to drive innovation and growth in Aetna’s Medicare Business, using consumer marketing, sales, and product design that leverages data science and consulting skills to help Aetna acquire new members.

Our Medicare Analytics team is integrated into all of Aetna’s go-to-market activities, including overall growth strategies, business case development, customer segmentation, product design, media mix planning, attribution modeling, and member retention. We infuse data science into all growth analytics, powered by petabytes of data, and the latest machine learning techniques.

In the past 4 years our membership has doubled, and our market share has grown 50%; you will help us take this to the next level, using your passion for problem solving, quantitative analysis, and analytic storytelling to identify, incubate, and deploy the next set of innovations to power the growth of tomorrow’s business.
 

Overview:

• Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from internal and external sources in cloud environment to drive insights to business performance
• Builds and automates data pipelines, in consultation with team and stakeholders, to be used training and scoring multiple machine learning models 
• Generates actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement for current operations, and consults on root cause analysis
• Builds logical data models into analytical consumption layer to describe business performance 
• Creates elegant data stories that demonstrate insight and delivers revenue impact to business partners with latest visualization tools.
• Partners with data and business teams to establish robust data quality processes in ETL / data visualization workflow.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering or applied data science.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python/R.
• 2+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, R Shiny, Power BI, Flask etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering or applied data science.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python/R.
• 4+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, R Shiny, Power BI, Flask etc.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
