We are currently looking for a Junior CQV Engineer to join our Engineering Support team based in Hillerød, Denmark.
About The Position
You will take part in projects within our Process Technology group implementing equipment and automation changes. You will be responsible for:
- Authoring validation documentation together with SMEs and ensuring alignment with our global platform strategy, to achieve maximum reusability across sites and products.
- Maintain overview of Engineering and Automation changes, ensuring the most important changes are prioritised.
- Tracking variances between sites and managing these variances during New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Employ risk-based thinking and support Engineering and Automation during validation activities by providing guidance, training, and ad hoc support.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement to validation activities that improve quality and efficiency.
- Take part in global alignment tasks within our global manufacturing network.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has some or many of these qualifications:
- B.Sc. degree minimum in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Process, Automation, Controls, Computer, Chemical Engineering)
- Experience with design activities, such as user requirements, risk assessment (e.g. FMEA) and design reviews
- Experience with automation systems (DCS or MES) or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
- Interest in working with Documentation-driven processes
- Self-driven, excellent communication skills and good at creating structure.
- Risk-based approach to your work
- Basic coding knowledge or similar experience with Modular approaches is a plus
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Position will require presence in Denmark

About The Team
You will join our newly formed Engineering Support team and be part of forming the teams’ responsibilities and culture.
The team sits within our Process Technology group, supporting our experienced Automation and Process Engineers with documentation related to Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) activities. You will find an informal atmosphere with room for having fun, but also ambitious colleagues with a shared dream of transforming the industry.
