It is a very exciting time of growth for our Corporate Finance team, and we are currently hiring an ADP Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position and candidates living in the Central time zone are strongly preferred.

What will my role be?

As an ADP Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate and timely processing of semimonthly payroll using ADP Workday in a multi-state environment/multi-country environment with approximately 800 employees
• Preparing PTO accrual reports, general ledger reports and various other reports pertaining to payroll
• Inputting new hires, terms and changes into the ADP system
• Assisting in the payroll reconciliation of General Ledger to Payroll reports
• Payroll compliance for 401K regulations, Worker’s Comp, State SUI and withholding
• Working with the ADP team to reconcile compliance issues
• Processing required documents through payroll and 401K providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions
• Working in a collaborative environment with our HR and Finance teams

What’s required?

• 3-5 years of ADP Workforce Now payroll experience
• Advanced Excel experience 
• Multi-state experience including setting up new state payroll compliance
• Experience managing payroll impact on benefit administration and financial statements
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who's willing to take on special projects and bring ideas for process improvement
