Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

• being responsible for continuously evolving and improving our test infrastructure
• working directly in the product team
• developing and maintaining our quality assurance infrastructure for back end (JUnit 5, Spring, Kubernetes)
• taking part in chaos testing and performance testing
• actively collaborating with the developers to build requirements from a testability perspective
• identifying defects, reporting them to the development team and accompanying them to prepare production deployments
• taking over and monitoring software releases and regression testing during development
• developing and executing requirements for test cases, test scripts and test scenarios and implementing these together with the team 
• monitoring test suites and coordinating actions to update tests and fix regressions
• supporting the team with CI / CD (GitLab, Maven, Docker)

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

• profound Java knowledge
• professional experience in the Quality Assurance field
• a solid knowledge of automated and manual testing using JUnit 5
• API testing framework experience
• a good command of written and spoken technical English

And nice to have...

• a running or completed IT education (HTL, FH or university)
• experience with Kubernetes or GitLab
