Position Summary

The Manager, Activation Operations role is responsible for tracking and processing National & Digital media buys, utilizing media systems tools. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with various Investment teams to support the Orion Capital product. This position will require being the people manager of several Assistant Analysts within the department, as well as support for our offshore team. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, leadership skills alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self-motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Utilize internal tools to review and send flowcharts and various clients documents and support maintenance of tracking client spends
• Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX
• Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on National media buys/orders
• Management of Assistant Analysts with their support and growth plan at Orion
• Supporting VP through overseeing operational elements of media plans
• Perform monthly invoice matching within MBOX
• Collaborate with our Shared Services and Financial Operations teams to reconcile billing and invoice discrepancies
• Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business
• Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff
• Assist with ad hoc operations requests

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
• Experience with MediaOcean products a plus
