Senior Associate, Member Relations & Education - All FINRA Locations

Essential Job Functions:
- Works closely with appropriate staff across FINRA to develop educational materials.
- Prepares and coordinates prep meeting and event materials.
- Under general direction from MRE senior staff, writes educational content and learning objectives.
- Manages and coordinates the execution of certain day-of and on-site aspects at educational and networking events.
- Assists with post-event tasks such as coordinating attendee continuing education credits, preparing post-meeting executive summaries and action items.
- Works directly with Meetings and Conferences in the development and delivery of educational and networking events.
- Reviews and edits instructional or informative Web content, correspondence, presentations, and publications as requested.
- Responsible for supporting the development and execution of MRE strategic educational plan.
- Develops and tracks the timely completion of all projects and ensures they are within budget.
- Under the direction of senior staff member, acts as project manager for projects and initiatives, which requires establishing a working relationship across the department and organization to be able to meet deadlines.

- Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of three years of experience in financial services or customer service. Degree in business or communications preferrable.
- Proficiency in analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills required.
- Successful candidate must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage changing priorities, within established guidelines and procedures.
- Energetic self-starter and constant learner who is proactive, resourceful, creative and works effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated project management, relationship management and customer service skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure handling a wide variety of tasks; anticipate and adapt to changing workload priorities.
- Exercises excellent judgment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Zoom, Concur and Workday.

In addition to location, actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
California: Minimum of $78,900, Maximum Salary $146,900
Washington, DC: Minimum Salary $78,900, Maximum Salary $140,800
Colorado/Hawaii: Minimum Salary $68,500, Maximum Salary $122,300
New York, NY: Minimum Salary $82,200, Maximum Salary $146,900
Washington State: Minimum Salary $68,500, Maximum Salary $140,800
