Direct Care Professional – Supported Independent Living

Schedule: Full-time Day and Evening shifts available. One weekend day required.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Living Support: Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and appointments when needed
• Skill Development: Help individuals work toward personalized goals in areas such as budgeting, meal planning, hygiene, and communication
• Case Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams to track goals, provide feedback, and create recreational opportunities
• Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like movies, shopping, crafts, fitness, and outings—bring your creativity!
• Promote Independence: Coach and support individuals in real-life situations to foster self-reliance in both residential and community settings

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• No prior experience needed — we provide all training
• Ideal for someone independent, proactive, and passionate about building relationships
