We are a truly dynamic team who work different cases from different countries every day. You will be dealing with internal and external legal matters and all kinds of legal questions raised by the business. You will have an advising role on legal matters towards the business together with a team of five in Amsterdam and numerous colleagues in Germany and Bulgaria. Furthermore, you will work with all other relevant departments internally as well as correspond with clients, external advisors, banks, regulatory bodies and more. Researching and analyzing Dutch and EU legislation, as well as the practice of regulators, courts and other bodies is part of this job. </p> <p> </p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the monitoring of legal and regulatory developments which are of relevance for the organisation;</li> <li>Carrying out research assignments on legal and regulatory matters;</li> <li>Support in maintaining current relationship/develop new relationship with external advisors, other relevant external parties;</li> <li>Supporting the legal department in management of contracts, corporate documents and other relevant documentation;</li> <li>Drafting and review of contracts and other legal documentation;</li> <li>Advising the business on legal related matters;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements </p> <ul> <li>Master Degree in law (knowledge of Dutch and EU financial law) </li> <li>At least 5 years of working experience in a law firm or as in house lawyer</li> <li>Excellent command of the English is essential</li> <li>Enthusiastic team-player with a pragmatic committed approach and international outlook</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Self-motivated and independent team player</li> <li>Attention to detail<br/>  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Interested?
