THE ROLE
The Consignment Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with Stadium Goods' most valuable consignors to drive inventory acquisition and supplier retention. This role manages a portfolio of high-value accounts while delivering a premium, personalized consignment experience from onboarding through inventory management.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Catalog, and Operations, the Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for consignors, helping grow supply, improve retention, and strengthen Stadium Goods' position as the leading destination for sneaker and streetwear consignments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a portfolio of 40+ high-value consignor accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalized account management
- Deliver a luxury-level service experience while ensuring consignors receive the full value of Stadium Goods' off erings
- Reactivate inactive suppliers and identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships
- Execute outreach strategies to increase supplier engagement and grow inventory supply
- Contribute to Partner Success inventory acquisition goals and team KPIs
- Identify opportunities to expand consignor participation and increase product volume
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen supplier relationships and represent the Stadium Goods brand
- Prepare and deliver personalized communications, including product insights, promotional opportunities, accepted brands, and marketplace updates
- Coordinate inventory-related activities to ensure a seamless end-to-end consignment experience
- Monitor consignor inventory and proactively identify opportunities to improve account performance
- Resolve day-to-day account issues quickly and escalate complex matters to the Senior Account Manager when appropriate
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory planning through data collection and reporting
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Catalog, and Operations teams to fulfi ll consignor needs and execute business initiatives
- Provide insights on supplier trends, opportunities, and challenges to support continuous improvement across the Partner Success organization

WHO YOU ARE
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales, business development, or supplier relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working toward inventory growth targets and performance KPIs
- Highly collaborative with the ability to partner eff ectively across multiple internal teams
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, luxury fashion, or the resale marketplace is a strong plus
