About the Role
As an Enablement Partner within a PEO organization, you will be instrumental in empowering our client-facing teams—Sales, HR Services, Payroll and Benefits—with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively communicate our value proposition and deliver exceptional service. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our teams are equipped to navigate the complexities of HR outsourcing, compliance, benefits, payroll, and risk management.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of the PEO industry and is passionate about driving performance through strategic enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service Team Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders and revenue retention teams, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions.
- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding and everboarding programs, with a focus on PEO-specific topics like HR compliance, benefits administration, and risk mitigation.
- Content Development: Create and maintain enablement courseware, playbooks, process and tool guides, and videos and other learning collateral tailored to the PEO buyer journey.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Ops and Product teams to streamline workflows, improve CRM usage, and support the rollout of new tools and processes.
- Performance Analysis: Use KPIs and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, HR, Product, Marketing, Operations and Platform Support to ensure alignment on messaging, regulatory updates, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations, or Learning & Development preferably within a PEO, HR tech, or B2B services environment.
- Strong understanding of the PEO model, including HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content management software (e.g. SharePoint).
- Experience creating multimedia training content (video, AI, microlearning, interactive modules, etc.). using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia) and LMS tools.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable training and content.
- Ability to self-start and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and juggle multiple initiatives
- Ability to take ambiguous goals and turn them into execution plans
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales or retention teams in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry.
- Experience in building enablement content to support “just in time” learning for teams with specific focus on product knowledge, sales skills and/or customer service/sucess skills.
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC) or enablement platforms.
