Description:

At St. Joseph of the Pines we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Security and Transportation Supervisor to join our team and ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Security Operations: Oversee daily security functions, ensuring the safety of residents, staff and visitors.
• Supervise Transportation Services: Coordinate and manage all transportations logistics, including scheduling and staff oversight.
• Implement Policies: Develop and enforce security and transportation policies and procedures.
• Training: Train and mentor security and transportation staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Incident Response: Act promptly and effectively in response to security incidents and emergencies.

Qualificaitons:

• Previous experience in security management or transportation supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
