IT System Specialist Senior

<p> </p> <p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Providing support and communication with end-users from Czech rep. and foreign subsidiaries</p> </li> <li>Installation and maintenance of HW and SW</li> <li>Basic work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP</li> <li>Work with tickets in the ServiceNow system</li> <li>Administration and troubleshooting of all applications related to Office 365</li> <li>Communication with O365 3rd level support, other infrastructure teams and vendors</li> <li>Collaboration on the creation and updating of documentation</li> <li>Troubleshooting of complex hardware and/or software problems</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE:</p> <ul> <li>Secondary school / university education in Information Technologies or equivalent 1+ years work experience </li> <li>Knowledges and experience with Client OS (Win7+Win10), Windows troubleshooting capability, experience with client security, overview of network technologies</li> <li>Knowledge of MS Office and Windows Server is an advantage</li> <li>Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is advantage, ITIL knowledge is an advantage</li> <li>Willingness to learn and expand technical knowledge</li> <li>Ability to work in a team</li> <li>English language (B2 level), German language is advantage</li> <li>Driving licence B</li> </ul> <p> </p>
