As a Reverse & Redistribution Sr. Analyst, you will support the Reverse and Redistribution team within CVS Health Supply Chain. The primary responsibility is to oversee multiple projects and manage existing programs ensuring goals are met and are delivered on time. You will assist and provide analytical support for the goals and responsibilities of the Reverse & Redistribution Team with an emphasis on trending analysis. Analyze process and system functionalities, provide monthly reporting analysis, recommended/implement process improvements and complete ad hoc requests as assigned.
You will be working collaboratively and cross-functionally with both internal and external business owners, and our DC network by assisting them and providing valuable insights as we work collectively towards the main goal of improving category profitability through reducing write-offs, protecting margin, and ensuring removal of items from the network.

What you will do
Assist in work teams related to FS Returns and Redistribution
Trend analyses
Work to identify solutions to business questions and business needs
Work cross-functionally across the organization to partner on value-add ideas and opportunities to help achieve company enterprise objectives and goals related to retail reverse logistics
Be the primary point of contact for field related communications and interactions including Help Desk escalations
Maintenance of daily/weekly tasks related to EOL initiative programs that have been scaled to chain
Field visibility of store execution rate on return process’s to improve execution.
Monitor metrics to identify trends, route cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
**Role is M/F from home. Tues/Wed/Thursday onsite. Hours: 8:30am to 5pm**
Required Qualifications
2+ years’ experience manipulating and tracking data and generating reports using Microsoft Excel. Should be comfortable using V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets
1+ years’ analytics experience in supply chain, retail, or healthcare areas.
2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Broad Supply Chain and/or Retail Store Operations knowledge
Prior experience with Tableau or dashboarding tools
Highly motivated and a natural analytical person
Proven ability to manage conflicts and influence teams across the organization
Proven track record of managing multiple programs
Effective analytical skills, including the ability to quickly identify key drivers using Excel
Demonstrated experience working with SQL
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and independently solve business problems
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and all levels of management effectively and professionally as well as external partners.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
