The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all construction phases to develop “empty shell” real estate sites, ground up new construction, and existing facility remodels and expansions into fully functioning dental and support offices. Track all construction projects under consideration by ELT & Region Management and coordinate with the Director of Business Development. Manage all construction phases for remodeling, renovating, and expanding existing dental and support offices. Handle the principal duties/responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:
- Project construction, including site & facility inspection, design plan review, project
bidding, contract administration, large equipment orders, custom-built clinical
casework, signage orders, utility transfers, purchase orders, decor orders
(coordinate with MDP designer), fixturing, build project oversight, project quality
control, project budget management, invoice review and submittal for payment,
Certificate of Occupancy, final walk-through, construction warranty, project closeout
and accounts payable settlement, miscellaneous certifications/shielding plan, work
with other departments and offices to resolve issues related to construction build
projects. - Efficiency alignment, including equipment, finishes, and decor alignment standards,
building alignment standards, risk management, contractor relationships, national20%Principal Duties/Responsibilities % Weightpurchasing contracts, warehousing, facility database, remodel/refresh project
(coordinate with Region Management), and post-project evaluation. - Participates in creating presentations for construction projects for groups from the
executive level, field management, and field team members. Provide regular status
updates across multiple levels of company management. - Work with the Executive Team, Region Management, and Support Departments to
prioritize projects; review, coordinate with other departments, and edit Core
Standards documents periodically.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 3-5 years of construction project management (PM)
- Dental industry experience, construction PM small site, multiplelocation company (2,000-10,000 SF) (Preferred)
- In-depth construction blueprint and Microsoft Office or Google Suiteproficient
